What the kit does

Love the dog. Lose the loose fur.

For the couch cuddles. And the fur they leave behind. COATDAY brings brushing and hair collection into one at-home routine: loose hair travels through the grooming tool and hose into the collection bin as you brush.

  • Collect loose hair during brushing.
  • Keep the brushing mess together in the bin.
  • Groom at home, at your dog's pace.

Start with the vacuum off and give your dog time to get familiar with the tools. Choose the attachment recommended for their coat, introduce the sound gradually, and take breaks.

Your dog will still shed. This kit is for routine grooming, not treating skin problems or removing difficult mats. Ask your groomer about coat-specific care.

One-time purchase. No subscription.

What if my dog hates vacuum noise?

This has a motor, so it makes a sound. Let your dog meet the tools with it switched off, then introduce the noise gradually. Go at their pace and take breaks. A dog who dislikes the sound may be happier with a regular brush.

The lint roller knows you by name

Black pants. Golden hair. Every time.

You brush. You vacuum. You leave the house with a little fur anyway. Start with the loose hair on your dog: collect it as you brush, before it becomes another cleanup job.

COATDAY

Brushing shouldn’t mean cleaning up twice.

Brush the dog. Pick up the fur. Find more by your feet. Sound familiar? A grooming vacuum collects loose hair through the brush and hose into a bin as you work. Same brushing job, with somewhere for the loose fur to go.

Somewhere for the loose hair to go

Brush the dog. Keep the fur together.

Collect brushed-out hair in the bin as you go, instead of gathering it from around your feet afterward. Your dog still sheds. Brush day just has a better place for the loose fur.

Meet your new brush-day lineup

One kit. A place for the loose fur.

The vacuum, hose and grooming tools work together around the coat-care routine your dog needs.

Grooming vacuum with hose and the accessories pictured in the supplier reference
Vacuum + collection bin

Loose hair travels through the hose into the collection bin as you groom. Keep the brushing mess together, then empty the bin after your session.

Hose + grooming attachments

Switch tools to suit the task and your dog’s coat. Introduce each one gently and follow the attachment instructions.

Clipper + narrow nozzle

The pictured kit includes a separate clipper and a narrow cleaning nozzle. Check coat-specific trimming guidance before using clippers.

A routine you can keep up with

Start with the motor off, let your dog investigate, and keep early sessions short. Unplug before emptying or cleaning the kit.

Use the right tool for your dog’s coat. A clipper is for appropriate trimming, not a shortcut for shedding double coats.

For the dog who needs a minute

Their pace. Plenty of patience.

A new tool can take some getting used to. Let your dog sniff it with the motor off, reward calm moments, and keep the first sessions short. Comfortable comes before a full brush-out.

A treat helps. Patience does too.

Brush. Collect. Back to cuddles.

You don’t need a perfect routine. Start small, find what your dog is comfortable with, and keep it gentle.

01

Let them sniff it out

Start with the vacuum off. Let your dog get familiar with the tools, with a treat and a little patience.

02

Brush at their pace

Use the right attachment for their coat. Work gently, take breaks, and let the vacuum collect the loose hair as you go.

03

Empty. Put away. Done.

Switch off and unplug. Empty the bin and check the filter, following the care instructions. Then it’s back to dog time.

A little honesty goes a long way

Is this your kind of fur problem?

Sounds familiar?

  • You brush your dog, then have to clean up after the brushing.
  • There’s a lint roller by the door. Maybe one in the car, too.
  • You want to groom indoors and collect loose hair as you go.

Let’s check first

  • Your dog is very worried by motor noise or handling.
  • You’re dealing with mats, sore skin or a specialist coat.
  • You want a machine that stops shedding or replaces every grooming tool.

Coats vary, even within the same breed. Check the attachment guidance and ask your groomer if you’re unsure.

COATDAY

Yes, but will my dog let me use it?

My dog hates the vacuum. What then?

Give them time. Start with the kit switched off, let them investigate, then introduce the sound gradually. Keep sessions short and stop if they are uncomfortable. Some dogs prefer a regular brush, and that’s okay.

Will this stop my dog shedding?

Your dog will still shed. The vacuum collects loose hair during brushing, so you have less of that brushing mess to gather up afterward. It does not replace cleaning your home.

Is it right for a Golden, Lab or German Shepherd?

The coat matters as much as the breed. Choose an attachment suited to your dog and use gentle technique. For a dense double coat, a groomer can help you check that you are reaching the loose undercoat without damaging the outer coat. Do not shave a double coat to reduce shedding.

Can I use it instead of a groomer?

Use it for routine brushing at home. Professional grooming still has a place, especially for mats, coat-specific trimming and jobs you are not comfortable doing.

How often should I use it?

Follow the guidance for the attachment and your dog’s coat. Everyday brushing and using a deshedding blade are different jobs. Short, gentle sessions are a better starting point than trying to remove every loose hair at once.

Is emptying it another big job?

You will need to empty the collection bin and care for the brush and filter. Switch off and unplug first, follow the manual, and only wash parts marked washable.

Can I get help with a replacement part?

Send us the part you need and your order number. We can check the right match before you order a replacement.

Couch privileges stay

They’re worth every hair. You can still want less cleanup.

The cuddles are non-negotiable. The fur on your black pants? A little less welcome. COATDAY helps you collect loose hair while you brush, so grooming doesn’t have to leave another pile to chase.

Take a look at the kit

A question shouldn’t be a guessing game.

Ask about your dog’s coat, getting started, an order or a replacement part. Tell us what you need and include your order number if you have one.
